Hey y’all! I’m Nick Lee (he/him), and I’m honored and stoked to be your junior president! I’m from Rancho Cucamonga, California (SoCal born and raised) and I’m concentrating in Educational Studies and International and Public Affairs with the intention of pursuing law school.
I love being active - going to the water, playing sports, and embracing the outdoors - but I also enjoy writing spoken word poetry and chilling with friends. I also lead educational equity work throughout Rhode Island as the Co-President of Students for Educational Equity. I look forward to making our time at Brown both memorable and connective! Heyy! My name is Kate Choi and I’m so grateful and delighted to serve as your Vice President! I’m from New Brunswick, Canada (apparently I’m a fake international student). I’m concentrating in Social Analysis and Research & Public Health on the Pre-Law track.
My favorite food is sushi & Korean soft tofu stew, so lmk if you have recs for restaurants in PVD! I love going on long and spontaneous walks, binge-watching rom-coms on Netflix, reading a good mystery book, and playing volleyball! I’m so excited to help plan fun and lively events to make sure we all have a fantastic social experience at Brown! I look forward to seeing you guys there :)

Hi! My name is Shiela Phoha, and I am from upstate New York! I am also a transfer student from Syracuse University! I absolutely love to read in my free time, find new coffee spots, thrift, go on hikes/walks, and just spend time with my friends. I'm concentrating in International & Public Affairs and History, and I am thinking of attending law school!
Currently, I am a transfer peer advisor, part of the club volleyball team, a member of Delta Gamma, and a volunteer for BEAM, an after-school program for an elementary school in Providence. I hope to make the Brown community as inclusive as possible and make everyone's experience at Brown the best it can be!"
